| Posted 4/28/2006 10:41 AM | | | HELLO, i happen to buy a 1 gb mmc mobile card which initially looked fine when i loaded the soongs onto it via my card reader, but once on the phoone it didnt recognise the card after i deleted certain files via the phone. its an n70. following this i tried to open the rest of the files no joy, then i tried formatting the card with the phone and also the via the pc suite, no wonders so far.now i have really tried to contact the advise team of yours and i have to say after a few mails and phone calls i now really regret having put my money into a shop which seems to not bother about their customers and now i am trying to contact / get help via your forum. if this is what i should be expecting from mobymemory then i have to say i will discourage all the others who intend to deal with the retail shop. it is preety upseeting to have dealt with people /organisation who donot respond to their customers. all i got was an automated reply initially and then nothing. i simply opened this thread to see if i can get your attention. awaiting your reply

| Posted 5/3/2006 1:58 AM | | | sometimes problems can relate to the card reader being used. can you verify this is one of our card readers, so we can know it is compatible..?
card readers built into desktop and laptop PCs are not always able to read the latest memory cards.
if you are still having trouble we can organise a repair / replacement of the card, dont fret.
we do our best to get all our customers working and keep them working. but as you can imagine, that is a task and half with the many different levels of customer know how out there, and this being a pretty complex subject at times.
the effort we put into guides and this forum is above-and-beyond just selling you the memory... which is all most other shops do.
please dont doubt our sincerity, nor the time and effort we devote to this.
yours sincerely,
