I need lots of help for a problem i encountered!!

I formated my 256 dv-rs mmc card on a friends laptop byright clicking on the memory card instance in "my computer" and it deleted everything so now all the main files that run the memory card are all gone! so if anyone happens to have main files or a link to help this problem i would be most thankfull!

What do you meen by "main files"?

I mean like the system files and everything which keeps the memory card running! their all gone! so i cant do anything with my memory card and my phone doesnt think that theres a memory card when i put it in.

The memory, when formated lost all, it´s normal.
Now, I think, when You format on PC that it had used a FAT 32 ou NTFS format.
So try a format on FAT16, on PC, or;
the best way to format a card is on phone it self;
After all that, if the phone doesn´t recognize a card, that means, the card is corrupt... and maybe You need a new one.
