I have a 1Gb card in my phone. It works fine the majority of the time. but every now and then it seems to corrupt itself.

The phone says theres a card in there, it can see that the card has 600Mb on it. But when I browse to the directory using the file manager in the phone it says no data.

If i take it out of the phone onto PC etc it works fine.

Anybody had this happen? Sometimes it happens if i disconnect it from a device too quickly, but it also just happens randomly every couple of weeks.

Is there a way to get it working with my phone again without reformatting it?
