Posted 10/22/2007 12:01 PM | | | | Hello, With my recent order 244720 I was offered an original SE DCU-60 data cable, which I thought I would order as a friend has one and it means I don't have to keep borrowing his to use use SEUS on my T-Mobile locked K800. However, the cable that was delivered is identical to the DCU-65 cables that came with my K850 and K800, in that there are only four pins, not the full set that a "proper" DCU-60 cable should have. If you look carefully at the pic of the DCU-60 cable on the SE website ( http://www.sonyericsson.com/images/spgd/GPD_15887high_27_0_4001.jpg  you can see that the full set of pins is there (the cable pictured here also has ferrite blocks at both ends of the cable, unlike the one supplied with my order). How do I go about returning the cable that was sent for a replacement with a full set of pins? If such a replacement is not available, how do I go about returning the cable that was sent for a full refund? Cheers, Kev |
