Compatibility Screenshots: O2 X3 - 128 MB  up to 512MB Mini-SD

The new O2 X3 may not be a fully-fledged smartphone (like the Orange SPV C500 or Nokia 7610), but we believe it has all the functions to keep a lot of people very happy, including MP3 player, 1.3 megapixel camera with flash, and a very slim clamshell design. And best of all, it is available on O2 pre-pay (at £200), or even free on a low-cost O2 contract tariff.

    Specifications:

  • Main Display : 262k colour screeen ( 128 x 160 pixels )
  • External Display : 4k colour screen ( 96 x 64 pixels )
  • 1.3 megapixel camera (1280 x 960 pixels)
  • External Memory: MiniSd
  • Music: Mp3
  • Conection: USB,Infra-red

The following screeen shots show the O2 X3 in use with our range of ATP Mini-SD memory cards. Below you can see screen shots from the 128MB up to 512MB Mini-SD memory cards in slot of the phone, and display info of the memory card within the operating phone.

The picture is reporting 126.9MB free memory on the 128 Mini-SD memory card.

Same as 128MB Mini-SD picture.

And finally, the 512MB mini-SD memory card.

There will be more articles to follow on using your O2 X3, including install of the supplied Handset Manager software on your PC, and loading your mobile memory with your MP3 music tracks.

The MobyMemory recommendation for the O2 X3 is a combination of our 512mb ATP mini-SD memory card, and the 11-in-1 USB2 card reader (available as a discounted option when you purchase the card here):

 [MobyMemory - O2 X3] Recommended Buy:

512mb mini-SD Memory card + 11-in-1 USB2 Card Reader (discounted option)

The 11-in-1 USB2 Card reader is smart new design, requires no software install on Windows XP, and allows read/write transfers for your mini-SD cards without the SD adapter (we also supply the SD adapter with all mini-SD's we sell in case you want to use your card in a SD-slot in a still camera or video camera or PDA etc.).

NB. A memory card reader is an essential purchase with the O2 X3, as it is the only way to transfer MP3 music files onto your memory card for playback on your phone (the supplied USB cable and Handset Manager software does not allow MP3 file transfer).
