Hi,

When trying to purchase an item, in this case a 1GB RS DV MMC memory card, there is no option to ship to Australia.

However, in the post "Shiping to Malta", Puneet attached this picture http://forums.mobymemory.com/download.aspx?id=23&MessageID=3470 showing Australia as an option for shipping.

Am I doing something wrong? Or have you removed Australia as a shipping destination since that post?

Problem placing order from U.S.A.

I tried to place an order yesterday, but United States is not showing in the drop down list of countries on the shipping address form. I want 1 USB2 SD / MMC Card Reader / Pen Drive. and 1 USB2 17-in-1 Memory Card Reader.

btw, just in case my display settings are messed up, I tried both IE and Netscape.

I gonna tell my short story about this website. first i need to apologize if my english is not good enough but i hope that you still can get my point here.

3 months ago i was ordering 512 MMC card from this website, and i was asking how can i order the card if iam not live in UK and when i send the first email i already got my first impression cos they respond very quick and they tell me how much money do i have to pay shipping to CANADA. And then I paid and the next day i got my tracking number.

I keep tracking the package every single day. after i am waiting for a month i am start wondering " how come this item never got to canada ?" and i ask mobymemory and they ask me to check with canada post. Then i called canada post they said the item on the canada custom. And i was waiting for another month but still the story doesn't change. and i ask mobymemory what should i do? and i tell them what was happen and they give me *****FULL REFUND****** without 1000 questions. I am really happy and this is the *******BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE I EVER HAD*********** when i am doing online transaction.

So for you you specially who live close to UK, u don't have to be afraid to buy from this store

We have lost a number of packages there, and unfortunately, the [Royal Mail - Airsure] service is not available to Italy.

Hence i am afraid we can no longer ship there, unless a buyer wishes to organise a shipment through more expensive carriers like DHL/FEDEX (for larger orders). This can be arranged by email / phone.

I own http://www.myngage.co.za and I'm about to setup an on-line shop, selling memory cards (and N-Gage games) to local visitors, and possibly even to several shops. The problem is, memory cards are so damn expensive over here, that it's most likely cheaper for me to import them, looking at your prices, I should be able to bring them over here, make some nice money on them, and still be able to beat the going prices, so I'm definately interested in becoming a re-seller, or even just buying in bulk (at the VERY LEAST, a 512mb memory card for my N-Gage).
