As usual, the longest title is the main file of the movie. You can remove the title you don't like to convert by unchecking the title. Set 'Subtitle', 'Audio Languages' to what you like.

4. To 'Output Folder', Enter the full pathname or choose the path where you want to save your video files by clicking the related button.

5. Click 'Convert' button to start the iPod DVD conversion.

6. Find the .mp4 file that DVD to iPod converter created and drag it into your iTunes library, or select 'Add File to Library' from the 'File' menu and select the encoded movies. Now you can watch it with iTunes or Quicktime Player on your PC.
Tips: Download iTunes 7+quicktime Player package from http://www.apple.com/quicktime/download/win.html

7. Load the MP4 files to iPod by clicking 'File -> Update iPod'. Now, you can enjoy the movies on your fifth generation video iPod anywhere and anytime.

Part 2. (Windows)

1. Download the latest version iPod Video Converter + DVD to iPod Converter Suite, and install it. For more features about it, visting here

Related download
* To convert RM/RMVB real media files to iPod, Maybe need to install Realplayer:
http://www.real.com/freeplayer/?rppr=rnwk
* To convert WMV, ASF to iPod, Maybe need to install Windows Media Player:
http://www.microsoft.com/windows/win...a/default.mspx

2. Run iPod Video converter component. And load the video files you'd like to convert by clicking 'Open file' button.

Click 'Output' and choose the pathname where you want to save your video files. Click 'Convert' to start converting video to iPod MP4 or H264 files.
Tips: Before converting, you can click 'Advance -> Video settings' to set 'Video format', 'Resolution', 'Framerate', 'Output Quality'. If you'd like to convert video to H264 files, please set 'Video format' to 'H.264 FQ Variable Bitrate'. 'MPEG4(.mp4) FQ Variable Bitrate' is the default value. Certainly, you can also set 'Audio Bitrate', 'Channels', 'Sample Rate' and 'Volume' in 'Audio Settings' page.

As usual, we set "Resolution" as "320x240" (i.e. default settings), certainly you can also choose other video sizes you like.

3. After converting, you can open the output folder to check and play the iPod video files (.mp4 or .mov) using Quicktime Player (Freeware, Quicktime Player+iTunes downloading address http://www.apple.com/quicktime/download/win.html ).

4. Transfer the iPod videos to iTunes by draging or clicking "File -> Add File to Library". Now, you can enjoy them on iTunes. Then hit "File -> Update iPod" to sync to your iPod.
Troubleshootings (Windows)
1. Why occour a message: 'MPEG2Dec: Error during decoder initialisation' or 'unable to read from E:\VIDEO_TS\vts_01_1.vob' everytime I put any DVD in?
First, Check that you select the correct DVD driver. If not, please select the correct DVD driver path.
Second, quite a few users encountered this error and have solved by using PQ DVD to iPod Video Converter or dvdXsoft DVD to iPod Ripper, Xilisoft DVD to iPod Converter. Plz download to try out.

2. Audio is out of sync with the video or no audio
There are several posts which says audio is out of sync with the video or no audio at all when they used videora ipod converter, cucusoft dvd to ipod converter or pqdvd dvd to ipod video converter. It seems that there is no software can work well for ALL users and ALL DVDs.
In fact, you might as well resolve the problem trying the following one by one.
A. DVD to iPod Converter: Click "Setting -> Input settings".
(a) Check "Audio/Video Synchronisation".
(b) Set "Deinterlace filter" to "None".
(c) Set "Output frame rate" to other values.
B: iPod Video Converter: Click "Advance", change 'framerate' to 23.976 or 29.97 in 'Video settings'.
If it doesn't work, might as well change a DVD movie to test. If still doesn't work, try another softwares like PQ DVD to iPod Video Converter or Xilisoft DVD to iPod Converter.
Load your DVD movie, set the mode you'd like to rip, and Click 'Record it'.

3. Still doesn't Work
iPod official support page: http://www.apple.com/support/ipod/
iTunes official support page: http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/

iPod Video Converter

USB Flash Drive Replacement

Following a conversation with a representative named Ashu I received an RMA number to return my faulty Sandisk 4Gb Titanium flash drive to yourselves for a replacement as it was still under warranty.

I sent this to you and was received by you on the 29th of February.

I called Ashu on the 6th of March to enquire about the status of my replacement which she replied that she would email me an update as soon as she could. I received her email on the 7th of March which entailed:

The 4GB SanDisk Cruzer® Titanium U3 is Out of stock at the moment the stock is expected next week as soon as we receive the stock we will ship your Replacement

I then sent Ashu an email on the 26th of March asking that since the stock has still not arrived, would moby memory be able to offer me a replacement of another flash drive of similar value.

To this I have had no reply, it is now coming to the end of March and frankly I am not too impressed with your correspondance to customers, being that I have had to request the status of my replacement each time and that I have been without a flash drive for 4 weeks.

Is Moby Memory able to help me?

Order Update Please

Any chance I could get an update on my order, placed on the 2-03-08 and no sign of it ?

Any news would be appreciated.

G

Would like to change item in my order.

I have recently put in an order for this product http://mobymemory.com/products/MobyMemory/M3DS-Real-2GB-microSD-Kit-(inc-Rumble-Pack).asp.
When i first put an order in for this product it said the following:CONFIRMED IN STOCK: Same-day shipping if ordered before 3pm GMT.

But i guess i just missed the last few of this product. However, the cable that was delivered is identical to the DCU-65 cables that came with my K850 and K800, in that there are only four pins, not the full set that a "proper" DCU-60 cable should have. If you look carefully at the pic of the DCU-60 cable on the SE website ( http://www.sonyericsson.com/images/spgd/GPD_15887high_27_0_4001.jpg&nbsp you can see that the full set of pins is there (the cable pictured here also has ferrite blocks at both ends of the cable, unlike the one supplied with my order).

How do I go about returning the cable that was sent for a replacement with a full set of pins? If such a replacement is not available, how do I go about returning the cable that was sent for a full refund?

Cheers,

Kev

Where is my order?

I placed my order on the 5th of October and have not been given any notification if my item has been shipped only that you have received my payment.

The communication from you has not been good so far.

Faulty memory card - how to return?

the memory card you have sent me is faulty, it can not be accessed using my pc and is not seen using my phone.

how do i return it for a new one?

Not impressed

The last time I used you I received an email acknowledging my order, giving no more information other than you normally ship same day if ordered before 3pm I think. This wasn't really a problem as it duly arrived within 1-2 days anyway as I recall.
This time I was aware that a post strike was going to start the following week, but I was prepared to take the risk that if I ordered on Monday it was highly likely I would have received it by Thursday morning. Again, the email acknowledging my order but this time no mention of same day shipping. I now see it was actually *shipped* on Thursday morning. So theres little chance of me getting it before about another week now. This is not a rant about the Royal Mail, simply why it took more than 2 days to ship.

Have your service standards slipped? If it was out of stock, why wasn't the website saying so? Given that there's a strike on I would have thought you could have managed to double your efforts earlier in the week and earned yourselves a holiday!

And a suggestion - if the shipping process takes this long then an automated email system saying when it's been located, shipped etc, like many businesses do, would manage customers' expectations better than them having to keep querying the page on your website.

N951000mAh- Not Fit N95 & Nokia Li-ion Battery Not as Shown

The #N951000mAh- Nokia Li-ion Battery I Purchased from Moby Does not fit my N95 Phone. Most of the post here do have a resolution so hoping mine does.

QUICK DELIVERY, BUT CONCERNS OVER MY NEW 2GB MMCM CARD:

Thank you for the swift delivery of my order, however, I do have a couple of concerns:

<?xml:namespace prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:office" />

I recently purchased a “2GB MMCMobile RS DV (Dual Voltage) card” for use in my “Nokia 6680” mobile. My first concern is that the card arrived in only its little protective plastic case. I.e. no original and sealed outer Packaging, (Kingston or otherwise), which makes one believe that this card has been damaged or has previously been purchased and returned to you “Moby memory” and therefore could be faulty.

My second concern is that of a file problem. I have loaded on to the new MMC various programs and have placed these into new files called “Games” and “Utilities”. Upon finding a program that I want to delete using “Application Manager” all the other files that were newly placed in the “Games” and “Utilities” folder keep placing themselves back in the “menu”, which is something that I do not want and besides the point of creating new folders to place them in. I never had this problem with my other MMC card, so is this a fault with my new memory card?

Thank you

No delivery, No contact, nothing!

I placed an order on Sunday 29th October (almost a month ago now) for a San Disk - 1GB microSD Card & USB2 microSD Reader Bundle (Order ID: 131042), which was apparently in stock, and could be shipped the next day (as I ordered on a Sunday). Nothing arrived so on 5th November I e-mailed the orders support e-mail address to ask if my order had been dispatched. On 6th November I received a reply stating that my order has been dispatched on 31st October and that I could track my order online with Royal Mail. I tried to use this facility on royalmail.com but as my order had apparently not been delivered (which of course I was perfectly aware), I could not track my order. I rang the Royal Mail helpline number and was told that I had to wait 15 working days before the item could be declared "lost". This 15 day time period expired on Friday 17th November so on Monday 20th November my girlfriend rang the mobymemory helpline on my behalf (as I was unable to phone during the day), and of course got no response. She left a message asking for the item to be resent as it could now be declared lost, and for mobymemory to contact her to confirm this. It is now Saturday 25th November and we have heard nothing.

What is the point of having an order enquiries helpline if no-one answers the calls or picks up the answer phone messages???

I would be open minded and say that this could be Royal Mail's fault but after reading the other comments on this forum about mobymemory's customer service, I think there is some kind of scam going on of not delivering ordered and paid for goods.

You seem efficient enough at taking people's money, now how about actually posting/delivering some of the goods?

Next day delivery actualy means 6 day delivery!

Hello,

Ordered Thursday 28th June BEFORE 3pm. I bought a 2GB microSD card about a month ago, and on Friday (27 April) it stopped working completely. Despite two emails (to support and returns) i have had no reply, apart from the auto generated email saying "We'll get back to you within 24 hours". It has now been almost 48 hours since i emailed returns for a rma number and i am seriously considering sending it back without one.
The prices on mobymemory are probably the best i have found but if the support is this bad i don't think I'll be buying anything else and certainly won't recommend people to use them.
What am i supposed to do?

Wrong item sent + Previous item at fault

Hi all,
New to the forum -

I'm not complaining just worried that my purchases from moby are going wrong a little

can anyone reassure me that they are a good company to deal with?

As for the Orders - just recived one today but its not as described
and my previous product from them has stopped working, so am a little worried
esp as I.m v short of cash to just forget it and replace them myself

Anyway here is the email I sent to Support just now
Fingers crossed they can sort me out

Dear Moby Memory,

I have ordered two items from you in the past

The first being

This One I would not have bought this bundle if I thought I would be getting a substitute to the lovely blue pen drive pictured
no where was it stated that a different Adapter would be sent instead, and I was not informed of the change on the delivery sheet.

So I now have 1 broken Card reader (fails to be recognised in any of my laptops, with different Os's - others do work)
and one working wrong item sent Card Reader (gosh its ugly compared to the one I wanted)

So If I haven't confused you to much with my ramblings,
are you able to sort this out for me?
I can send both these Card Readers back to you, just need a ref no rma no. etc

What I need/want is my two working microSD Card Reader / Pen Drives blue/purple as pictured
(and refund of return postage)

Please sort this out for me - I am at your mercy

Thanks for your time
Kind Regards
Tristan
******@fea.st
******@gmail.com

Next day delivery??Dont believe them!!

Wish I 'd read these forums before ordering with this shower-2GB SanDisk card, ordered at 12noon for next day delivery, showing in stock on the website.

Here we are four days later,no memory card,no acknowledgement,no contact from the company. The 0870 number connects to India, where a robotic unintelligible operator could tell me nothing. She passed me a number for "Mr Edward" on 0207 328 7164,but this number is constantly engaged.

My advice would be to buy from somehere else-memory card sites are very common,I only chose MM because of the next day delivery pledge, which is something they cant seem to manage.

Pleased, but have a few suggestions for MM

Hey, I'm happy with my purchase, nice price, card works fine and delivery was fast.

First, I think MM should upgrade their store, maybe something like VirtueMart component for Joomla, just a thought.

Second, there was no feedback about the status of my delivery, I received a payment confirmation email, but after that I had to contact the on-line support to know the status of my delivery and ask for the code that allowed me to use the Royal Mail tracking service.

So, although I will be advising MMemory to other people and possibly buying something else in the future, it is nice to tell your customers what's going on with their goods.

Oh and MMemory didn't reply to the email I sent to orders@mobymemory.co.uk, that and the silence got me worried.

Can anyone help me?

I've just purchased a miniSD card reader and tested it at home to see if it works. It took about 20minutes to format a 4gb card. At first I thought this may be normal due to its first time being formatted, however when I attempted to format it again (even with no data) it still took as long.

I've copied over a few test files, (small, medium and large in size) and each of them take a very long time to transfer.

I have Windows Vista, which has a cool feature that allows you to view the speed of data transfer on any device, and I must say, I wasn't impressed to see that the average rate of transfer was about 75kb/s, which is slightly less than the advertised 8MB Transfer rate.

My machine is 3 years old, and supports USB2.0 so this cannot be the problem.

If anyones experiencing similar issues or has a driver update perhaps?

Any info is greatly appreciated.

Danny
Very fast delivery.

I ordered a SanDisk 2GB MicroSD card at 14:56 on 29th March specifying Royal Mail special delivery (guaranteed next day delivery for orders placed before 15:00). It turned up around 9:00 on the 30th.

Personally, I'd say that's excellent service - thanks!

p.s. I've seen some pretty OTT comments on your service on the forums - as far as I can tell you've resolved all of the problems in a reasonable time in spite of some fairly unpleasant reactions from your customers. I'd suggest the extreme nature of these is down to the level of feedback and lack of a tracking system on the website. If you could sort this out, I think you'd get a much better response.

FAKE MEMORY !!!

I have today spoke to Sandisk directly because of the lack of service i am getting from mobymemory and they have suggested the memory i purchased may be FAKE!!! i bloody hope not as i have always regarded mobymemory a reliable trust worthy company, well sandisk have opened up an investigation for me and will be keeping in regular contact with me, in the meantime if my problem is rectified/solved i will let them know. Fantastic service by the way, ordered late night tuesday, got here thursday morning.

I am concerned about the card, however. After hearing so much about fake cards, I am unsure if mine is authentic.
There is NO hologram on the packaging.
On the back of the packaging it has info about 1GB card, rather than 2GB.
|The serial number is on the front
On the back it has a sticker(!) stuck on saying made in Taiwan.

Maybe a lot of my points sound like me being silly for worrying, however I am definitely sure I read that all sandisk cards MUST have a hologram on the box to be real.

This card has been bought in advance for a N95, so I haven't actually tried, wanted to bring this up now, just incase by the time I get my N95 it is too late to exchange the card.

Many thanks

Thank you

Just a quick note to record my thanks for the 2 GB MMC+ card and card reader. It said it was compatible with my 6230i. I didn't order a card reader as I already have a Moby Memory USB2.0 reader from my last card. This is what's offered with my new card so I didn't need another. The model no. is SG 362A. The picture looks identical.

I tried putting the card in the reader and into my USB port but it just says 'please insert a disc into drive e' when I click on it, it's not recognising the card. I tried the card in my phone and it recognises it as 32KB. I never had any trouble with my 1GB card. Can anyone please explain where I've gone wrong?

Many thanks, Sara.
** what happening * dangerous hot memory ** HELP **

Please help..

I purchased a 2gb Micro MD for my Vario II on Wed 7/3/07.. I sent it back to Moby and they replaced it straight away.

Such customer service is rare today and all credit to Moby for solving my problem. I shall certainly recommend Moby to all my friends, and look forward to making further purchases in complete confidence.
