Right well it hasn't arrived, and I am now concerned. I still cannot PM you I'm afraid, can you empty your folder? Could you explain what the next steps are. You are in NW london, I am in E London. It would surely have been delivered by now!!!

well it seems like we're ignored all the way!
I've asked question about my order 3 days ago and still no response.

I have used mobymemory once before without problems, now this and I'm still waiting for the card.
One for sure, never again :/

In addition, i see Nick___ actually ordered his by recorded delivery AFTER mine was dispatched and has already received it, judging by his post on another thread. If I still haven't had anything by the end of the week I will start to become quite concerned.

Well mine was showing as despatched on 4 October and still no 'signed for' reported on Royal Mail website as of this lunchtime (2 weeks after). Does seem quite a long time even with the strikes...

Did Royal Mail actually manage to collect any of your post between 4 Oct and the start of this week?

There has been disruption of course due to the Royal Mail strike. We are very sorry for any orders that have been delayed unduly because of this.

Also, we are about to switch back on our SMS notification of shipping, this will also keep you informed of the tracking reference and exact point of dispatch.

you are welcome to PM me to get an update on your order. I checked on your registered email, and I will PM your tracking Ref for this order at least, as the SMS won't kick in till next week.

I placed my order on the 5th of October and have not been given any notification if my item has been shipped only that you have received my payment.

The communication from you has not been good so far.
