Phoned order enquiry line and was told a claim form would be sent immediately - still not received. 09/06/2008 - on return from holiday Royal Mail card for collection of goods from post office (dated 31/05/2008). I am now the proud owner of a clear Royal Mail plastic bag containing an empty opened jiffy bag! (total cost to me £24.98)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Phoned order enquiry line again and was told a claim form would be sent.
