Formatting problems 6233

I got a 1gig SanDisk microSD card from you for my Nokia 6233. It came up as unformatted, so I took the option of formatting it. The phone then said the card was formatted. And then it said it wasn't. I've tried formatting it numerous times, re-starting the phone, not-restarting the phone, formatting the card in my XP machine. But nothing works - it always comes back each time as unformatted.

Problem with memory card

I Purchased 1GB micro-SD (TransFlash compatible) memory card from SanDisk, supplied with SD adapter. Since using the card in my Nokia 6233 the phone has become unstable and doing strange thinks. Eg listening to mp3 track from the card, then a electrical crackle and the display when blank. when the phone recovered it was as if i had just turned the phone on, with various settings back to their default. The phone will light up for no reason and not go back to its power saving display, killing the battery life. I have tried the phone with no card and with the card supplied from nokia and all is well.

Accessing the memory card...

I have the new Nokia 6233, nice phone like it alot, however.......

How the heck can you access the folders on the memory card?! there are folders for images, video's etc but when I try and move stuff sent to me from the base folder on the memory card to a sub folder I cant! just get the option to move stuff from the memory card to elsewhere (the elsewhere being not where I want it!) you can't move them out and then back to the sub folders or anything... well I can't!!

Any ideas??

Just received moby 1Gig memory card and USB reader for my 6234, but once again Nokia have changed the music software for loading music onto phone. Can anyboby give me a step by step guide for loading music onto card and creating playlists.
