This guide will show you how to rip DVD to all video and audio formats for all the portable players. The output formats mainly include: MP4, AVI, MOV, FLV, WMV, MKV, 3GP, 3G2, MPG, MP3, AAC, M4A, OGG, RA, RAM, RMVB, etc.

This article is divided into two parts:
Part 1: How to rip DVD on Mac
Part 2: How to rip DVD on Windows

Part 1: How to rip and edit DVD with a professional Mac DVD Ripper

Step 0: Download and install Tipard DVD Ripper for Mac(Intel Version) or (Power PC Version)
Step 1: Load your DVD

miniSD Card

I updated my firmware, and after my phone reset i got asked for a password for my memory card, which i dont remember. so now im locked out and i didnt get round to backing it up, i really dont want to loose my music, pictures & videos.

I have searched for ways around but it seems pointless. i heard on other nokias (S60 1st & 2nd) you can just copy a file called "mmc store" from your phone to the PC (using one of the few file manager programs, eg. SExplorer) and change it to a .txt document, and that contains the password. However i dont think you can with the N73 (S60 3rd). I searched my N73 with SExplorer and that file doesn't exist.

So, i thought i could use a card reader on my pc and use a brute force password cracker to retrieve the password. So i went out today and bought a card reader, brought it home, got it connected, entered my miniSD, and nothing happened. My computer couldnt find it. my n73 finds it and asks for the password, but the pc does not.
Does anyone know a way around this?
Is thr any programs that will find it via the card reader?
What can i do?
Thr must be a way around this.

Can anybody help me or point me in the right direction?

I have been using ultra fast 2GB memory in my N73 for a couple of months now, and it has stopped working. It hangs the phone when inserted and cant be read on my laptop either....any suggetions guys?

Is there any noticeable difference in the performance of the high speed (150x etc.) mini-SD cards over the standard, cheaper ones?

I know that copying large amounts of files to and from the card on a pc or through the data cable to the phone will be affected, but in day-to-day use, is there much of a difference?

One situation which I can think of to test this is in the N73 gallery application, and seeing how fast it can scroll through the pictures stored on the card.

Memory Card corrupt?

I have a 1Gb card in my phone. It works fine the majority of the time. but every now and then it seems to corrupt itself.

The phone says theres a card in there, it can see that the card has 600Mb on it. But when I browse to the directory using the file manager in the phone it says no data.

If i take it out of the phone onto PC etc it works fine.

Anybody had this happen? Sometimes it happens if i disconnect it from a device too quickly, but it also just happens randomly every couple of weeks.

Is there a way to get it working with my phone again without reformatting it?

hi ya,

im trying to do a software update to my nokia n73 to make it into the music phone.

but when trying to send software to my phone it says i need 248mb memory,i have a 2gb memory card!when im sending music to my phone it saves to phone memory and its driving me mad!

how do i sort it so that it will go to my memory card with no messing around.

any help would be great!
