I purchased for Xmas a new memory card for my son's 6680 from an O2 store.  Tried the card in the phone on Xmas day and could not get it to work.  Took back to the shop yesterday and obtained a replacement which also did not work.  Took phone into shop and they tried it and still not working. Put original card back in all working ok. They ended up giving me the £44.99 (reduced to £35.99 in sale) back as they did not have any other options to try.  They checked their charts and insisted this was the correct card. I have checked the packaging on it and it states that 2.7 to 3.6 volts is required. The card has San Disk 512MB RS-MMC written on it. The packaging describes it as SDMRJ-512-E10M.  How do I order the correct card from mobymemory?  I have removed the battery and confirmed the model number is correct.
