| | hello, i hav recently bought a 1gb rs dv mmc of here and i am having problems?? i hav filled my memory card with 116 songs and it will not let me put any more songs on even though i hav 491mb free space does any1 no y this is happenin i hav formatted mem crd and i am still havn the same problem pls cn sum1 help??? thanx Daz |

are you putting those songs onto the root folder of your memory card..?
if so, you may be reaching the FAT16 file system limitation on maximum number of files in the root.
The solution to that problem is to create a sub-folder or multiple sub folders, and put your music files in there.
Then you can try and add more files, and see it that fixes the issue.
let us know, if its not that, then it could be something else of course..
