Re: http://www.mobymemory.com/Micro-M2.asp
I'll soon be changing my mobile to be a Sony Ericsson K800i, and I see that it has a new memory card type (Memory Stick Micro M2). I've not used Sony memory sticks previously and am not sure if the 32-in-1 card reader (URL below) is able to read the Micro M2 card.
Re: http://www.mobymemory.com/proddetail.asp?prod=Reader%5FUSB2%5F32in1
Has anyone bought this and can you let me know if this reader will do the trick, or if I should be looking at something else? Or does the adaptor that the Micro M2 card come with enable the card to be read by any reader that supports "memory sticks" etc?
Thnx

| Posted 8/20/2006 12:19 PM | | | I am also thinkin of buying this phone in the near future. I just need to make sure that the small memory card that comes with the phone will fit into my psp and also my carmera. all of the adapters that seem to come with the smaller sticks (m2) seem to be the larger memory stick format which is no good as it wont fit in my psp. ! still not sure weather to just get the w810i which just uses the duo ? regards Daryl |
| Posted 10/18/2006 8:31 PM | | | Hi guys Im new here.... This might be off-topic but I've recently bought a SE k800i and am looking for a suitable memory card for it. Can anyone give me a list or know of a list of memory cards(different brands/sizes) that are compatible with this phone. Im considering buying online for one and soon! appreciate your help de_minted |
| Posted 10/20/2006 3:29 PM | | | Right now you can buy 1GB capacity as Sony branded, or choice of SanDisk or Sony at 512MB capacity for the Sony Ericsson k800i.
Check out this K800i memory card link for your choices.
On the SanDisk 512MB, you can go without the Memory Stick adapter if you dont need this, for a little less.
We will have the first SanDisk 1GB M2 stock in the UK, with any luck in early Nov.
Hope that helps
