| | | I have paired the Bluetooth (SiRF STAR III) GPS Receiver with my Nokia N80, it works ok and then at 5 minute intervals tom tom says no gps signal and after about 1 minute it works again, this will happened around 20 times on my trip to manchester and also around 3 times on my 20 min trip to work, can you help please? |

| | | Wich software version is the firmware of N80? Only works well with the last one, 4.xx. |

| | | You need to do a firmware upgrade. You can do the Upgrade with Nokia Software Updater tool, with your PC. Last one is 4.0623.0.41. It works well with this one. |

| | Thanks nj7, but I've tried updating my phone using Nokia Software Updater and it says no update available.
I checked some forum sites and aparently my Nokia N80 will not be getting an update on Orange and Orange have also stopped selling the N80's they say.
Looks like I'm stuck with Tom Tom and GPS I can't use... |

| | | Is a locked phone! You must way. The deal of upgrading the software is also between Nokia and Orange. The last version is available for unlocked phones. That unit... must wait, nothing to do. |
