| | There has been disruption of course due to the Royal Mail strike. We are very sorry for any orders that have been delayed unduly because of this.
Also, we are about to switch back on our SMS notification of shipping, this will also keep you informed of the tracking reference and exact point of dispatch.
you are welcome to PM me to get an update on your order. I checked on your registered email, and I will PM your tracking Ref for this order at least, as the SMS won't kick in till next week.

the 1st Recorded Delivery batch collected by royal mail this week was yesterday evening, Special Delivery was being collected from Monday.
they do have some backlogs to get to, so Recorded's could take longer than the usual 1-2 days to get through i guess.

| | | Well mine was showing as despatched on 4 October and still no 'signed for' reported on Royal Mail website as of this lunchtime (2 weeks after). Does seem quite a long time even with the strikes... Did Royal Mail actually manage to collect any of your post between 4 Oct and the start of this week? |
